My Philosophy
Everyone has the right to be happy and healthy.
My mission is to bring joy into people’s lives through physical movement, mind/body practices and the written word. I value health, wellness, integrity, family and joy.
I believe the tools we learn on our mats carry over
into life and help us become better people – more patient, more kind, more loving, more joyous and more receptive to others differences, and this is why I teach.
Plant the seeds of health and wellness and eventually something blooms. Personally, hatha
yoga
(physical yoga) has transformed my life, and I hope to
make the world a little brighter by teaching it.

Whether your goal is to become pain-free, build muscle, lose weight, improve posture, or just feel good - I will help you achieve your goals. I take a holistic approach to teaching and wellness and encourage students to be patient. We’re looking for a lifelong transformation– not a quick fix.
